A lot has changed since Riley Settlement Services created its first website in the early 2000s. The firm needed a modem and functional website that would appeal to consumers in a way the original site never had to. Technology had changed and user expectations had increased. With the recent changes to financing programs and mortgage rates, more people were shopping online for competitive tile services and Riley Settlement Services needed to be competitive with other title / closing services companies.
In addition to a modern responsive digital design, Riley Settlement Services wanted to refresh their corporate branding with an updated logo and web portal that allows client-specific closing documents to be accessed anytime from any device.

Brand Identity
Riley Settlement Services wanted to create a consistent and modern brand identity. They envisioned a key with the Pittsburgh skyline logo with modern colors and updated typography. The final product reflected their modern sensibilities as well as paid homage to their ongoing tradition of excellence.
Website Redesign
A responsive website is vital for businesses today. Riley wanted to leverage modern technology to improve their online presence to improve user experience, search engine visibility, and a professional appearance. The final site utilized multimedia and updated content to better showcase service offerings.
Social Media Identity
With a newly revitalized brand identity and website, Riley Settlement Services realized that a consistent and social media presence would further enhance their business. Cover photos and profile pictures for Facebook and LinkedIn were designed that reflected their modernized brand in a professional manner.
Client Access Portal
To further enhance the online experience, Riley Settlement Services required a custom client access portal to share title and closing documents privately with their clients. The Title Assure web portal allows Riley to supply these documents privately 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on any type of device.
